[AK.IPO] PhD Studentship on "Social and Economic Inequality in a Financialized Society"

Dear all,

I would like to share with you a PhD Studentship which might be of interest to some students. The Open University Business School invites applications for a full-time funded PhD studentship beginning 1 October 2022.

The project “Social and Economic Inequality in a Financialized Society” (DAF04) welcomes PhD applications from candidates wishing to explore aspects of gender and racial inequalities in a financialized society. Candidates must be keen to employ a critical finance approach and address underlying power relationships inherent in the process of financialization. PhD studentships are based on full-time study for three years at the Milton Keynes campus and cover tuition fees, a generous research training support grant and a stipend (circa £15,544 per annum).

The closing date for applications is noon GMT on Wednesday 16th February 2022.  The proposal, covering letter, fully completed application form and copies of certificates and transcripts, should be emailed to fbl-phd at open.ac.uk<mailto:fbl-phd at open.ac.uk> by the closing time and date.
