It is open to women, non-binary people, and people of all marginalized genders, who work in CPE or IPE at either the PhD or junior postdoc level. The program will entail a mix of substantive sessions about the state-of-the-art in different political economy subfields; work in progress sessions with chances for participants to receive feedback; practical academic skills sessions; and roundtables/discussion events about navigating and political economy as a male-dominated field.

The Summer School is fully funded, meaning that we can cover participants’ travel costs (from anywhere in Europe) and accommodation. All information about the initiative and the application process can be found both in the attached CfA and online: https://www.mpifg.de/1182893. The deadline for applications is 15 March 2023 – all we need is a CV, a short statement of motivation, and a 250-words summary of applicants’ research interests.

I would be extremely grateful if you could help us spread the word.
