Oktober 2017, Universität Bremen)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Nach umfangreichen Reformen der europäischen Finanzarchitektur sowohl bezogen auf öffentliche als auch private Akteure bleibt das Problem der divergierenden ökonomischen Kräfte innerhalb der EU und insbesondere der Eurozone bestehen. Eine Anpassung über sinkende Löhne und verringerte Staatsausgaben hat die Ungleichheit weiter forciert. Dieses Panel geht der Frage nach, welche institutionellen Konfigurationen sich als vielversprechend zeigen, um regionale Unterschiede in Finanzierungsbedarfen nachhaltig zu bedienen. Europäische Zentralbank, nationale und internationale Förderbanken, transnationale Versicherungssysteme und eine Vergemeinschaftung von Staatschulden können mit jeweils eigenen Akzenten, Reichweiten und Selektionskriterien auf regional unterschiedliche ökonomische Bedingungen eingehen. Dabei wird jedoch auch eine internationale Politik über die Verteilung realer Ressourcen ausgetragen und zwar auch dann, wenn Entscheidungen zu den jeweiligen Aspekten unterlassen werden. Die Varianz der Interventionsmöglichkeiten in die europäische Finanzarchitektur hat neuerlich wieder an technisch verfeinerten Vorschlägen zugenommen, was sich insbesondere an unterschiedlichen Konstruktion von europäisch schraffierten Staatsanleihen, Kapitalmärkten, Sozialversicherungen oder auch einer supranationalen Fiskalkapazität zeigt.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Um diese Diskussion speziell im Hinblick auf politische Implikationen der jeweiligen Vorschläge weiter voranzubringen, bittet der DVPW Arbeitskreis ‘Internationale Politische Ökonomie‘ um die Einsendung von Beitragsvorschlägen (max. 200 Wörter) bis zum 20.
